I am not a big hard liquor drinker besides sipping a chilled really good tequila :):) But last summer I was introduced to Crop Organic cucumber vodka and OMG…Amazing…A few bottles are now always stocked in the bar…Here are some of my favorite cucumber vodka recipes – thank you Crop
BABYLON EXPRESS
- 2 parts Crop Cucumber Vodka
- 1 part elderflower liqueur
- 1 part pineapple juice
- ¾ part lime juice
- Shake all ingredients with ice and pour into a rocks glass. Garnish with a lime wedge.
CUCUMBER LEMONADE
- 1 part Crop Cucumber Vodka
- 2 parts organic lemonade
- Combine all ingredients in a Collins glass and garnish with a lemon wedge.
CUCUMBER SAKETINI
- 1 part Crop Cucumber Vodka
- 1 part sake
- Stir ingredients with ice and strain into a chilled martini glass. Garnish with cucumber slice.
